You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are returned in perfect condition, unused, unstained, and with the original tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must also retain the protective clear plastic wrap, which must be completely intact and not removed. Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use or do not meet the specified conditions.
Sale or promotional items are excluded from refunds, except in the case of manufacturing defects, as are gift cards.
