Do you have a size guide?
We have a comprehensive size guide available for you, but if you have specific questions about an item that aren’t already addressed in the details section of each product, please contact our Customer Service team.
Can I cancel my order without being charged?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been confirmed by our system and payment has been received.
What happens if the item I'm interested in is out of stock in my size?
All items from the current season are restocked throughout the year. You can sign up to receive instant email notifications about an item’s availability on the product page for the item you’re interested in. We do not offer a layaway service for items.
I contacted the customer service team but haven't received a response. What should I do?
Our customer service team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on business days (Italian time). Please allow 1 business day for a response.
How do I return an item?
You may request a return within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned:
in their original condition and unused, free from damage or alterations, unstained, with the original tag attached, with the swimsuit’s transparent hygiene film perfectly intact and not removed, and in the original packaging, where possible.
